Each of the two new businesses replaces a previous AppleTree Business Park business of similar nature with new ownership and new concepts. |

| Time Warner Cable, the nations second-largest cable television operator, today announced that it has signed a 5 year lease with AppleTree Reality Holding Company, LLC to expand its office space an additional 28,400 square feet in the AppleTree Business Park. Time Warner Cable will expand its offices currently on the first floor to accommodate approximately 100 customer service agents and support staff. The space vacated by M&T Bank at the end of August will be renovated to meet Time Warner Cables needs and the move will take place before the end of 2007. The terms of the deal include an option for Time Warner Cable to lease an additional 7,000 square feet of vacated office space in the near future bringing the total of occupied square footage to 53,000.
Time Warner Cable is putting down deeper roots in Western New York by signing this long term lease at the AppleTree Business Park. Since customer service is such an important and essential function of our business, we need more space to accommodate our employees. This lease not only provides us with the ability to put many of our teams in one place but also allows us room to grow in the future, stated Gordon Harp, Buffalo Division President, Time Warner Cable.
